Solution Thinking

How to shift from problem thinking into solution thinking.

Ask yourself:

What is the problem?

What are the solutions to the problem?

What's my role in this problem and how can I shift so it doesn't re-occur?

Rather than asking yourself, "why is he/she doing this to me?" ask yourself five questions:

1. What am I not facing?

2. What truths have I not spoken?

3. What have I been blaming others for that I need to own responsibility for creating?

4. What choices do I need to make?

5. What actions do I need to take?

Most relationship problems can be resolved with these five questions.

Apply to your relationship with yourself, when feeling stuck or not fulfilling your dreams and desires.

Apply to your relationship with others by taking responsibility for your part, check with yourself and get to the core of your actions.
