Individual therapy is for someone who is struggling in life or is undergoing certain relationship issues, whether these relationships involve family, friends, school or work.

The purpose of individual therapy is to explore the person's thoughts, feelings and behavior in order to solve certain situations and achieve higher levels of functioning.  

Participating in individual sessions can increase the individual's sense of wellbeing by allowing the person to reach certain goals and make the required changes so that they can live the life they want to live.
